Advertising connected to your work

What needs to happen for your mission next?

A completed gift, a filled program place or a volunteer application each needs a different path. Explore the goal that matters now and see how grant-supported and paid campaigns can help people take part.

Choose your priority

Start with a person and a useful action.

Each page follows an illustrative search, ad, destination and completed action, then explains what your team needs to do next.

Nonprofit fundraising

Donation Marketing for Nonprofits

Someone searching for a local cause may be ready to help. A relevant Google ad can bring them to a donation page that explains your work, how gifts support it and how to give. The useful result is a completed gift, followed by the care your nonprofit gives each donor.

Nonprofit events

Event Marketing for Nonprofits

Your event needs people who understand what it is, when it happens and why they should take part. Google advertising can connect a relevant search with a page that answers those questions and leads to a completed registration or ticket purchase.

Nonprofit programs

Program Marketing for Nonprofits

A family looking for a class needs answers before it can register: who the program is for, where it runs, what it costs and whether places are available. Google advertising can connect that search with a specific program page and a clear next step.

Volunteer participation

Volunteer Recruitment for Nonprofits

People who want to help need to know what the work involves and whether they can do it. A relevant Google ad can lead to a volunteer page with real roles, schedules and requirements, then an application your team is prepared to review.

Nonprofit membership

Membership Marketing for Nonprofits

A prospective member needs to understand the organization's purpose, who membership is for and what joining involves. Google advertising can bring a relevant search to a membership page that explains the benefits, responsibilities and dues before asking someone to sign up.

Access to nonprofit services

Service Marketing for Nonprofits

A person looking for help needs an accurate answer, not another general mission page. Google advertising can lead a relevant search to service information that explains eligibility, location, availability and the next step, so people know whether and how to contact your team.

Mission education and awareness

Awareness Campaigns for Nonprofits

Awareness becomes more useful when someone learns something they were looking for and knows what to do next. Google advertising can connect an information search with a clear resource from your nonprofit, then offer a relevant guide, event or way to take part.

Paid staff recruitment

Staff Recruitment Marketing for Nonprofits

Your mission needs people who can do the work. Google advertising can help a suitable job seeker find a real vacancy, understand its responsibilities and apply through a clear process. This page concerns paid staff roles; volunteer recruitment has its own goals and onboarding process.

Where the grant fits

Use the grant to make relevant work easier to find.

Google Ad Grants provides eligible organizations with up to $10,000 a month in in-kind advertising credit. It is not cash or a guarantee of spending or results. Google’s current setup supports Search and eligible Performance Max configurations; grant Performance Max inventory can be restricted. Paid advertising budgets and management fees remain separate.

Grant eligibility, advertising policy, your website and account configuration all matter. A campaign cannot replace a working registration page, donor care, screening or program delivery.

Campaign availability and policy can change. Google’s current Ad Grants campaign guide explains Search, Performance Max and grant inventory limits.

Choose the advertising approach for that goal.

Answer a relevant search

Google Search Ads for Nonprofits

A parent searching for swim lessons needs a class they can understand and join. We plan Search ads around the program, the area you serve and a page that makes the next step clear.

Explain your work in video

YouTube Ads for Nonprofits

Video can explain a program, the people behind it and how to take part. We plan the message, suitable ad layouts and the next step, then distinguish views from gifts, registrations or inquiries.

Automation guided by a useful goal

Performance Max for Nonprofits

Performance Max combines approved text, images and video and automates delivery toward a selected action. We check what that action means, which pages can receive visitors and whether the reported results match your team’s records.

Your next step

Bring one goal. Choose the support that fits.

Tell us the program or cause, the people you want to reach, your grant status and what your team can follow through on. We’ll discuss the campaign fit, the work required and the right support.
